The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. The Junior Family Suite was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We also loved the modern bathroom and enjoyed the gym and sauna facilities. Plus, the staff was very nice and helpful 😊

The Junior Family Suite was spacious, offering a wonderfully comfy bed . With the metro station just next door, it was super easy for exploring the city's vibrant sights like Galata Tower. We also enjoyed delicious meals at nearby restaurants this a good base for our stay!

The location is unbeatable, right across from the Shishane Metro! Our suite was spacious with the added bonus of a washing machine-perfect for longer stays. Friendly staff. You'll be just minutes away from the beautiful Galata Tower and surrounded by good restaurants.

The size of our room, we stayed in the deluxe suite & it was great value for money. The cafe attached to the hotel is fabulous, very hip & great food.

The tour operators they have tied up called plan tours. The tours are a rip off with bad guides.

The room was neat and fancy, I had just perfect experience.

I stayed in the room that was less well maintained compared to pictures and available with twin beds and Excellent breakfast, for example. The service was good in my opinion. The hotel staff was really good, not annoying.

Amazing hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing swimming pool. The staff even helped me return sim cards I forgot in my room. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay! I'm coming back for a business trip.

I had an enormous suite, with a fully equiped kitchen, comfortable living room, separate bedroom with very large bed, etc. The room has more storage space than I have in my home. Luxury toiletries provided in the room, fitness centre, pool and spa (which I didn't use, sadly), friendly and helpful staff. Great neighourhood, just outside Sishane metro, with steps up to Tunnel/ Istiklal Caddesi and the Galata Tower nearby.

Unfortunately a non-smoking room wasn't available for me, but to be honest, the room didn't smell like smoke, I just noticed the ashtray. Drinks in the bar are a bit pricey.
